REFUND & CANCELLATION 

The FS* | Fashion Smart Refund, Return, and/or Cancellation Policy explains our policies regarding the manner, timing and circumstances in which customers can cancel an order or payment.

Membership renewals are automatic, however FS* reserves the right to terminate any Membership for any time and without notice. Membership is discretionary. When a membership is cancelled the membership will cease within 30 days of the cancellation being requested.

FS* offer memberships that involve recurring payments. Therefore: 

  • You consent to a recurring transaction by signing up for a recurring membership plan. 

  • Gift memberships cease after term completion

  • Recurring membership transactions will be processed monthly

  • A simple cancellation procedure is available whereby members cancel online within their account. Should any issues arise please reach us via our comments and complaints email below where we will be happy to assist.
